I wanted to share with you the official news that we have acquired Catalyst Web Works.

The most notable change for our clients will be taking over their helpdesk (zendesk) ticketing system. This will give clients faster access to both email and phone support.

I also want to welcome Jeremy from Catalyst who will help us handle updates and be the “man behind the phone” for client support. Between Chris, Jeremy, and Lew I am sure clients will be in very good hands!
